ADHD ( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ) is a mental health problem in which a person does not stay focused on a particular point and shows hyperactive and impulsive behavior. The mind has no attention towards the present work and only triggers the thoughts and emotions related to past or future incidents. This problem is gradually increasing day by day on both children and adolescents. Researches on it have shown that this problem gradually decreases during old ages.

Following a proper night routine and having a proper sound sleep can keep you active and motivated the whole day. We all know that if we don't take a good sleep, we will not have a active morning and the whole day is going to be boring and how can we imagine that without a proper sleep, we will be able to focus or concentrate on our work. So, Proper sound sleep is also necessary. To have a good sleep, we mustn't use electronic devices or phones while going to bed because the blue light emitted by cell phones stops the production of melatonin in the body which directly leads to bad or improper sleep. We should sleep in a proper manner with the spine straight position and should have a fresh mood in the next morning to be able to focus and concentrate.
